We believe in fair and reasonable pricing to ensure that our services are within reach for those seeking amicable dispute resolution. Your initial consultation is typically complimentary, allowing us to assess your needs and provide you with a clear understanding of the cost involved.

We provide services on a fixed-fee basis. Smaller claims generally involve less time than larger ones, and costs, therefore, are lower for smaller claims and increase on a scale associated with the anticipated workload involved in the case. We are transparent with what is included in the fees. In circumstances where a case requires additional time to be allocated and charged, we can offer to extend the time and, with the agreement of all parties, will charge a set £150 per party per additional hour.

In mediation, both sides typically pay an equal share of the fee, and therefore, we provide details of fees based on the cost for ‘each side’/ ‘per party’ in a case.
